This is truly a hidden gem! Dora did a phenomenal job for a 60min massage which covered whole body. I left there relaxed and feeling amazing. The space is very nice inside and peaceful. Parking is in the back, which you can get inside from the back too!

I visited Lotus Balance Massage in Charlotte, North Carolina with a friend during my birthday weekend, and it was the perfect way to celebrate. We decided on a tabletop massage that incorporated deep tissue techniques, cupping, hot stones, and essential oils—and it exceeded every expectation. The massage itself was incredibly meticulous and highly individualized. The therapist used a comprehensive blend of techniques, almost like a series of perfectly connected mini-techniques, tailored specifically to our needs. It was clear a lot of skill and intention went into every part of the session. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The environment was warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing. The staff and massage therapists were extremely professional and attentive, and we were even offered complimentary water, which was a thoughtful touch. This was one of the most thorough and well-executed massages I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, diverse techniques, and a truly calming atmosphere, Lotus Balance Massage is a must-visit. I will absolutely be back!

Five star if I could give 6 I would!!! Was having serious lower back and knee pain and inflammation in lower extremities too. Unlike other massage therapy that typically offer deeper tissue or Swedish, in addition those services, they also offer pain and tightness therapy. This is the service I opted to get!!! Pain and tightness therapy focuses primarily on problem areas, as I’m getting older those areas seem to be lower back and knees. The therapist worked very hard to loosen and massage the problem areas including the ligaments and tendons surounding the back and knees. She did a resist & release stretch that helped with flexibility. This was a little painful, slightly uncomfortable but worth it! Please patronize this business! It’s off of South Blvd! I’m so glad I came here instead of Massage Envy! Parking is in the back, it’s a safe neighborhood. Price 5 / 5 Location 4.5 / 5 Customer Service 5 / 5 Massage 10 / 5 !!!!!! It. is. worth. it!!! Trust me!!!! 😊
